以可变限速系统(VSL)项目为研究对象,运用加权主成分分析法设计了VSL项目社会经济影响综合评价模型,并通过基于交通仿真软件模拟设计的评价方案给出了评价案例.评价结果表明,利用加权主成分分析法评价VSL项目可以将主成分分析法的客观分析和层次分析法的主观分析有机地相结合,有效地评判出不同交通流量下的最佳限速控制值,其评价结果更加全面、更加符合客观实际情况.
Taking variable speed system (VSL) project as the research object, the comprehensive evaluation model of social and economic impact of VSL project is designed using weighted principal component analysis, and the evaluation case is given through the evaluation scheme based on traffic simulation software simulation design. It shows that using the method of weighted principal component analysis to evaluate the VSL project can combine the objective analysis of principal component analysis and the subjective analysis of AHP organically to effectively determine the optimal speed control value under different traffic flow and its evaluation The result is more comprehensive and more in line with the actual situation.
