为了进一步提高办刊质量,适应新形势需要,1986年4月4日在省水利厅会议室召开了《江西水利科技》编委会二届一次会议。编委会成员基本上都出席了会议。会议由省水利厅副厅长刘政民同志主持,上届编委会主任程应杰同志介绍了《江西水利科技》的组稿、审稿、出版、发行情况,并就编委会的几个主要问题作了说明。会议就《江西水利科技》刊物的性质、方向、栏目设置、稿酬支付暂行规定、通讯员组织管理暂行办法、编委会的职责及设立编辑部等问题进行了认真地讨论和研究,取得了一致的意见。现将有关问题纪要如下: 一、《江西水利科技》刊物,在省水利厅 In order to further improve the quality of the journal and meet the needs of the new situation, a second meeting of the Editorial Committee of “Jiangxi Water Science and Technology” was held on April 4, 1986 in the conference room of the Provincial Department of Water Resources.
