针对高职高素质技术技能型人才的培养需求,探讨基于工作过程系统化的职业核心能力课程群的开发思路。通过对就业岗位群和岗位群职业核心能力的分析,构建学习领域的课程群,基于典型工作任务分析确定课程门类,开发高职食品营养与检测专业《食品理化检测技术》等6门课程构成的平台课程群和《乳品加工与检测技术》等6门课程组成的食品加工方向课程群,突出了学校专业课程教学与企业职业能力要求的深度融合。
In view of the training needs of high-quality skilled personnel in vocational colleges, this paper explores the development ideas of the vocational core competence curriculum groups systematized based on the work process. Based on the analysis of occupational core competencies of job groups and post groups, the paper builds the curriculum groups in the field of study, determines the course categories based on the analysis of typical work tasks, and develops six courses of food physics and chemistry testing technology for food nutrition and testing in higher vocational schools Platform courses and food processing courses composed of 6 courses such as “dairy processing and testing technology”, highlighting the in-depth integration of the teaching of professional courses in schools and the requirements of professional competence of enterprises.
