目的开展医院科务公开督查工作,了解全院各科室科务公开工作进展情况,收集员工最在意的问题。方法 2013年11月-12月采用问卷调查为主,结合参与科室各种会议、访谈科室员工、查阅文档资料等其他方式开展督查。结果科务公开度为(78.39±18.55)%。其中公开较好的科务为政策类科务(>85%),公开度得分较低(<75%)且员工反映较集中的科务为科研及学术任职类、财务收支及酬金分配类、人事安排和培养类科务。结论科室足够重视、关注员工重视的问题、合理利用公开方式、有力监督和充分利用监督结果是提升科务公开度的有效举措。
Objective To carry out open supervision of hospital affairs, to understand the progress of all departments and public affairs in the hospital and to collect the staff’s most concerned issues. Methods From November to December in 2013, a questionnaire survey was used to conduct the inspection in combination with other departments participating in various meetings of the department, interviewing department staff, consulting documents and other means. The results of public affairs department was (78.39 ± 18.55)%. Among them, the better public service is policy department (> 85%), the lower open degree (<75%) and the more concentrated staff are the research and academic posts, the financial income and expenditure and remuneration distribution , Personnel arrangements and training class subjects. Conclusion It is an effective measure for department to pay enough attention to paying attention to the issues that employees attach importance to, and how to make rational use of public means, to supervise and make full use of the results of supervision.
