本文通过实际工况条件下的试验研究,初步探讨了滚筒式沥青混凝土搅沣设备出料温度与废烟气温度动态特性以及二者之间的定量关系。试验研究表明,滚筒式沥青混凝土搅拌设备的料温烟温系统前向通道传递函数均可用带纯滞后的高阶等容惯性环节来近似模拟。经过计算,首次定量建立了料温烟温的数学模型(传递函数)。对近似数学模型求解,得到的阶跃响应曲线与实测阶跃响应曲线吻合,其最大误差不超过2%。
In this paper, through the experimental study under actual working conditions, the dynamic characteristics of the discharge temperature and the flue gas temperature of the drum type asphalt concrete mixing equipment are discussed as well as the quantitative relationship between the two. The experimental results show that the forward channel transfer function of the material temperature flue gas temperature system of the roller asphalt concrete mixing plant can be approximated by the higher-order iso-inertial link with pure hysteresis. After calculation, the mathematical model (transfer function) of material temperature and smoke temperature was established quantitatively for the first time. The approximate mathematical model solution, the step response curve and the measured step response curve coincide, the maximum error of not more than 2%.
