大庆油田古龙区块地质结构复杂,剩余油层薄,利用水平井技术开发剩余油是最有效的手段。本文针对古471-2-平10井施工中所出现的复杂事故,采用开窗侧钻技术、老井眼防碰技术解决了斜导眼封井事故;采用应变方案解决水基钻井液条件下大斜度段及水平段施工中多次遇阻、卡钻复杂情况。总结出了本井事故处理的经验和不足,为今后钻井提供借鉴。
The geological structure of the Gulong block in Daqing Oilfield is complex with the remaining oil reservoirs being thin.
