根据埃塞俄比亚Addis Ababa至Adama高速公路区域的气候特点,拟采用高模量沥青碎石(HMAM)作为该项目路面结构的基层。为确保项目质量,研究了岩沥青改性沥青的针入度、延度、软化点三大指标,采用动态流变剪切仪研究了改性沥青的抗车辙因子和抗疲劳因子。通过分析不同岩沥青掺量下沥青的性能变化,确定了岩沥青的最佳掺量。研究了岩沥青改性HMAM的动态模量、抗压回弹模量、高温稳定性、水稳定性和抗疲劳性能。结果表明,岩沥青改性高模量沥青碎石具有良好的力学性能和路用性能,用作路面结构基层不仅可以减小路面厚度,而且可以大大提高路面的品质和寿命,最终在该项目中推广应用。
Based on the climatic characteristics of the Addis Ababa-Adama highway in Ethiopia, HMAM is proposed to be used as a base for the pavement structure of the project. In order to ensure the quality of the project, the three indexes of penetration, ductility and softening point of rock asphalt modified asphalt were studied. The rutting factor and anti-fatigue factor of modified asphalt were studied by dynamic rheological shear tester. By analyzing the performance change of asphalt under different rock asphalt content, the optimum dosage of rock asphalt was determined. The dynamic modulus, compressive resilience modulus, high temperature stability, water stability and fatigue resistance of rock asphalt modified HMAM were studied. The results show that rock asphalt modified high modulus asphaltum has good mechanical properties and road performance. As the base of pavement structure, not only the thickness of pavement can be reduced, but also the quality and life of pavement can be greatly improved. Finally, Promote the application.
