当组织细胞对热或其它刺激反应时,均被诱导增加HSPs合成。本研究将8只雄性大鼠随机分为四组,分别为对照组、高温组、CO组、高温+CO组。在送氧式高温与毒物联合作用装置中染毒1h,在室温下恢复1h后,测定其肛温、HbCO。断头处死,取其肝脏分析HSP70mRNA和HSP70。结果如下:(1)与对照组相比,高温组、高温+CO组大鼠肛温均升高3.0℃以上,CO组及高温+CO组大鼠HbCO含量均达30%以上,这说明受热及染毒后动物的体温及HbCO含量均符合本实验要求。(2)结果显示,对照组仅有少量HSP70mRNA,与之相比,CO组有所增加,高温组增加明显,而高温+CO组增加更为明显,表现为协同作用。HSP70合成也与HSP70mRNA结果一致。
Tissue cells are induced to increase HSPs synthesis when they respond to heat or other stimuli. In this study, eight male rats were randomly divided into four groups, namely, control group, high temperature group, CO group, high temperature + CO group. In the oxygen-type high temperature and toxic joint action device exposure 1h, after recovery at room temperature for 1h, the rectal temperature was measured, HbCO. The decapitated sacrifice, take its liver analysis HSP70mRNA and HSP70. The results were as follows: (1) Compared with the control group, the rectal temperature of rats in high temperature group and high temperature + CO group increased by more than 3.0 ℃, and the HbCO content in CO group and hyperthermia + CO group reached more than 30% Toxic animals after the body temperature and HbCO content are in line with the requirements of this experiment. (2) The results showed that there was only a small amount of HSP70mRNA in the control group. Compared with the control group, the CO group increased, the hyperthermia group increased significantly, and the hyperthermia + CO group increased more obviously, showing a synergistic effect. HSP70 synthesis is also consistent with HSP70 mRNA results.
