文家坡矿1~#辅运石门是煤矿的重要运输通道,现场监测表明巷道顶板与两帮围岩变形小,两帮锚杆受力较小,巷道局部有轻微底鼓,巷道处于“强顶-强帮-弱底”状态。通过现场监测、松动圈测试以及FLAC3D软件计算,对原有支护方案进行了优化。进行了现场工业性试验,现场监测结果表明巷道两帮围岩变形量与帮部锚杆受力值有所增加,但均未超过其允许值,验证了支护优化方案的可行性。
Wenjiapo Mine 1 ~ # Auxiliary Shimen is an important transportation corridor for coal mines. On-site monitoring shows that the deformation of the roof and two surrounding rock masses is small, and the strength of the two anchors is relatively small. The roadway has a slight bottom drum locally and the roadway is in the “ Strong top - strong help - weak end ”state. Through the on-site monitoring, loose circle test and FLAC3D software calculation, the original support scheme was optimized. Field industrial tests were carried out. The field monitoring results showed that the deformation of two surrounding rock mass and the bolt force of the gangway increased, but the allowable values were not exceeded. The feasibility of the support optimization scheme was verified.
