目的:建立骨棱外洗颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对骨棱外洗颗粒中的大黄、两面针、三棱进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相法对骨棱外洗颗粒中的大黄素进行含量测定,流动相为甲醇∶0.4%磷酸溶液(85∶15),检测波长254 nm,流速1.0 mL/min。结果:大黄、三棱、两面针的薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性无干扰。大黄素的线性范围为0.12~1.92μg,r=0.9999;平均回收率为98.2%,RSD为2.01%(n=5)。结论:所建立的方法操作简单、专属性强、重现性好,结果准确可靠,可作为骨棱外洗颗粒的质量控制方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standard for pelvic cleaning particles. Methods: The rhizoma of Rhubarb, Alopecpis, Triangles was qualitatively identified by TLC. The content of emodin in the bone pruning granules was determined by HPLC. The mobile phase consisted of methanol: 0.4% phosphoric acid solution (85:15), detection wavelength 254 nm, flow rate 1.0 mL / min. Results: Rhubarb, Triangular, two-sided needle TLC spots clear, good resolution, negative non-interference. The linear range of emodin was 0.12-1.92μg, r = 0.9999. The average recovery was 98.2% with a RSD of 2.01% (n = 5). Conclusion: The established method has the advantages of simple operation, strong specificity, good reproducibility and accurate and reliable results. It can be used as a quality control method for external cleaning pellets.
