介绍了 10MW高温气冷堆盘管式直流蒸汽发生器双管工程模拟实验回路的技术特征和主要技术指标。实验系统用高温氦气作为热源,采用 1∶ 1全尺寸模拟,进行了 30%负荷工况两相流稳定性验证实验、入口过冷度、蒸汽出口压力、流量及入口阻力对两相流稳定性影响的研究。结果表明,蒸汽发生器 30%负荷设计工况下,蒸汽出口压力 2.5~ 4.0MPa、给水温度 75~ 180℃、入口节流阻力大于 40kPa时系统能稳定运行;蒸汽发生器在小于 20%负荷设计工况下不能稳定运行。
The technical characteristics and main technical indexes of double loop simulation test circuit of 10MW high temperature gas cooled reactor coil type direct steam generator are introduced.
