通过分析微纳卫星姿控系统的测试特点,设计了一种便携式微纳卫星姿控测试系统。该系统采用标准的PXI总线,具有标准的内外接口、集成度高、便携性强的特点。依据测试系统工作原理,从硬件结构和软件架构两方面进行了系统设计。根据星地接口特点,系统硬件在满足测试需求的基础上,采用功能密度高的标准、通用货架产品来构建系统。软件按照方便易用、灵活配置的原则,采用模块化的方式实现,使系统具有良好的人机交互界面。系统研发完成后,在型号测试中进行了实验验证,结果表明该系统较以往设备具有更好的集成度和便携性。
By analyzing the testing characteristics of the micro-nano satellite attitude control system, a portable micro-nano satellite attitude control test system is designed. The system uses a standard PXI bus, with a standard internal and external interfaces, high integration, portability and strong features. According to the working principle of the test system, the system design is carried out from two aspects: hardware structure and software structure. According to the characteristics of the satellite interface, the system hardware meets the test requirements based on the use of high-density standard, universal shelf products to build the system. Software in accordance with the principle of easy to use, flexible configuration, using a modular approach to achieve the system has a good man-machine interface. After the completion of system development, the model test was conducted to verify the experimental results show that the system has better integration and portability than the previous equipment.
