干群和谐是整个社会和谐的重要基础和前提。从深层次来看,构建和谐的干群关系要高度重视做好以下四个方面的工作:要注重培养党员干部公仆意识和亲民感情,奠定干群和谐的思想根基;不断完善民众对公共权力的掌控机制,健全干群和谐的体制保障;大力清除落后文化特别是封建主义的影响,打牢干群和谐的文化根基;着力提升广大党员干部对党的忠诚,巩固干群和谐的组织基础。
Harmony between cadres and the masses is an important foundation and precondition for the entire social harmony. From a deep point of view, building a harmonious relationship between the cadres and the masses should attach great importance to the following four aspects: We must pay attention to cultivating the awareness of party members and cadres as public servants and the feelings of the people and the people, and lay the ideological foundation for a harmonious group of cadres and the masses.
