一、图书馆标准化工作的历史和现状图书馆标准化工作并不是现代才出现的。我国古代,伴随着私家藏书楼和官府藏书机构的产生,“标准化”的意识就已经体现在图书管理和保存的实践之中。早在西汉时期,就有了第一部综合性的国家藏书目录《七略》,这也是我国最早的一部图书分类法。为了便于图书的管理和保存,古代学者们编订藏书目录、规定收录标准、明确分类体系、介绍图书保存管理的原则和方法、说明藏书建筑的优势、规定各种借读限制和许可,等等。这些记载散见于各类文献之中,虽然还不能称为自觉的“标准化”行为,但无疑是古人在
