食用二氧化碳生产监控是基于组态软件和PLC的集散式控制系统,整个监控系统由上位计算机和现场控制器PLC组成,对二氧化碳的生产过程进行全程控制和管理。上位计算机通过监控画面设置PLC参数,接受参数后,PLC执行闭环控制。使用Citect组态软件设计各种监控画面,并将监控画面以WEB形式发布。上位计算机与现场PLC之间采用SYSMAC WAY协议通信。该系统配置灵活,控制可靠,编程简单且成本低。通过现场实际应用,控制效果良好,达到了预期的控制目的。
Edible carbon dioxide production monitoring is based on configuration software and PLC distributed control system, the entire monitoring system by the host computer and field controller PLC components, the entire process of carbon dioxide production process control and management.
