目的:探讨眩晕宁薄膜衣片联合丁咯地尔治疗眩晕的临床意义。方法:选择患者189例,所有患者均经头颅CT或头颅MRI、心电图检查排除脑梗死、脑出血、颅内肿瘤及恶性心律失常疾病所致的眩晕。以患者主诉作为分组依据:A组患者有周围景物式或自身旋转感,共70例;B组患者只有头昏、头重脚轻、摇晃沉浮感而无旋转感,共119例。A、B2组患者均分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组用眩晕宁薄膜衣片(每次2片,口服,tid)联合丁咯地尔针剂(0.2g,加5%葡萄糖注射液静脉滴注,qd)。对照组用丁咯地尔针剂(0.2g,加5%葡萄糖注射液静脉滴注,qd)联合安慰剂维生素C片(0.5g,口服,qd)。观察治疗前后症状、体征的改善情况及所用时间。结果:眩晕宁薄膜衣片联合丁咯地尔改善症状所用时间显著少于单用丁咯地尔;A组有周围景物式或自身旋转感的患者5d治疗情况要好于3d,而B组只有头昏、头重脚轻、摇晃沉浮感而无旋转感的患者3d缓解情况较5d缓解情况差异无显著性。结论:眩晕宁联合丁咯地尔治疗眩晕的疗效优于丁咯地尔。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of dizzy-ning film-coated tablets combined with buflomedil in the treatment of vertigo. Methods: A total of 189 patients were selected. All patients were diagnosed as dizziness due to cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, intracranial tumors and malignant arrhythmia by skull CT or cranial MRI. Patients complained of as a basis for grouping: A group of patients around the scene or their sense of rotation, a total of 70 cases; B patients only dizziness, top-heavy, shaking sense of sense of rotation without rotation, a total of 119 cases. Patients in group A and B2 were divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group with dizziness rather film-coated tablets (2 tablets each time, oral, tid) bupheideal injection (0.2g, plus 5% glucose injection intravenous infusion, qd). The control group was treated with buprenorphine (0.2 g, intravenous infusion of 5% glucose injection, qd) in combination with placebo vitamin C tablets (0.5 g, qd). Observed before and after treatment of symptoms and signs of improvement and time spent. Results: Compared with buflomedil alone, the dizziness of film-coated tablets combined with buflomedil improved the symptom-taking time better than that of buflomedil alone. In group A, patients with peripheral scene-like or self-rotating feeling were better than 3d, while group B had only head Faint, top-heavy, shaky sense of ups and downs and no sense of rotation in patients with 3d relief than the 5d no significant difference in mitigation. Conclusion: Dizziness rather buflomedil treatment of dizziness better than buflomedil.
