重庆万里蓄电池股份有限公司是在原重庆蓄电池总厂基础上,于1992年改组建立的全国蓄电池行业首家大型股份制企业。转制后的1993年,工业产值、营业收入、实现利润分别比1992年增长30.5％、55.16％、83.13％,超额完成公司招股说明书的预测目标。从1985年至1993年这8年中累计为国家上交税利1.43亿元。公司这几年之所以取得显著成绩,最重要的一点,是我们领导班子当中,从来不争谁大谁小,不计较谁第一、谁第二,大家只坚信一条,只有党政同心,企业才能兴旺发达。
