为四氯化碳生物标志物即血液中六氯乙烷的测定建立一种可靠灵敏的方法。血样中六氯乙烷用C-18SPE柱固相萃取富集、环己烷洗脱,经气相色谱法分离,电子捕获器(ECD)检测。结果显示,六氯乙烷在1~10μg/L范围线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 3,检测限为0.13μg/L。高、中、低浓度相对标准偏差分别为3.81%、3.80%、4.56%;样品加标回收试验回收率为85%~99%。干扰试验证明六氯乙烷与其他卤代烃互不干扰。提示,该方法精密度和灵敏度较高,能满足血液中六氯乙烷检测的需要。
Establish a reliable and sensitive method for the determination of hexachloroethane in the blood as a CTC biomarker. Hexachloroethane in the blood sample was enriched by C-18 SPE column and eluted with cyclohexane, separated by gas chromatography and detected by electronic trap (ECD). The results showed that the linear relationship of hexachloroethane in the range of 1 ~ 10μg / L was good with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 3 and a detection limit of 0.13μg / L. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of high, middle and low concentrations were 3.81%, 3.80% and 4.56%, respectively. The recoveries of spiked samples were 85% -99%. Interference tests prove that hexachloroethane and other halogenated hydrocarbons do not interfere with each other. Tip, the method of high precision and sensitivity to meet the blood hexachloroethane detection needs.
