目的探讨维生素D受体(VDR)基因FokI位点多态性与儿童1型糖尿病(T1DM)的相关性。方法检索PubMed、中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、万方数据库,收集维生素D受体基因FokI位点多态性与儿童T1DM相关性的文献。利用Meta分析的方法分析VDR基因FokI位点的Ff、ff、Ff+ff基因型在儿童T1DM组与对照组中的分布是否有差异。检索时间截至于2011年9月。结果共纳入符合条件的文献6篇,其中T1DM 734例,对照组788例。根据FokI位点的Ff、ff、Ff+ff基因型的异质性检验结果,分别利用随机效应模型、固定效应模型、随机效应模型对VDR基因FokI位点的Ff、ff、Ff+ff基因型与T1DM相关性进行Meta分析,结果提示VDR基因FokI位点的Ff、ff、Ff+ff基因型的合并OR值(95%CI)分别为1.16(0.74~1.82)、1.03(0.75~1.42)、1.03(0.63~1.66)。结论 VDR基因FokI位点的Ff、ff、Ff+ff基因型均与儿童T1DM的发生无关。
Objective To investigate the association of vitamin D receptor (FDR) gene FokI polymorphism with childhood type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM). Methods PubMed, CNKI, CBM and Wanfang databases were searched for the association between vitamin D receptor gene FokI polymorphism and T1DM in children. We analyzed the distribution of Ff, ff and Ff + ff genotypes at FokI site of VDR gene in children with T1DM and control groups by Meta analysis. Retrieved as of September 2011. Results A total of 6 eligible articles were included, including 734 T1DM cases and 788 control cases. According to the results of heterogeneity test of Ff, ff and Ff + ff genotypes in FokI loci, the genotypes of Ff, ff, Ff + ff at FokI locus of VDR gene were determined by random effect model, fixed effect model and random effect model respectively Meta-analysis showed that the combined odds ratio (95% CI) of Ff, ff and Ff + ff genotypes in FokI locus of VDR gene were 1.16 (0.74-1.82) and 1.03 (0.75-1.42), respectively, 1.03 (0.63 ~ 1.66). Conclusion The genotypes of Ff, ff and Ff + ff at FokI site of VDR gene are not related to the occurrence of T1DM in children.
