用电解质渗漏量的变化研究植物的耐热性,耐热性的大小用50℃下的热致死时间来表示。用热敏感不同的两个辣椒品种分别置于不同的温度下进行热锻炼,发现40℃时可获得最佳的锻炼效果;再在40℃下进行不同时间的锻炼,发现24h是最佳的锻炼时间。抗热品种中椒4号和热敏感品种农发的抗热性只有在一定的锻炼温度和锻炼时间下才能表现出明显差异。
The change of electrolyte leakage was used to study the heat resistance of plants. The heat resistance was expressed as the lethal temperature at 50 ℃. Two different heat-sensitive pepper varieties were placed at different temperatures for hot exercise and found that 40 ℃ can get the best exercise effect; then at 40 ℃ for different time training and found 24h is the best exercise time. Heat-resistant variety Zhongjiao 4 and heat-sensitive varieties of agricultural heat resistance only under certain exercise temperature and exercise time to show significant differences.
