海洋环境中混凝土由于胶凝材料用量大,混凝土水化热高和自收缩大等原因,更容易产生温度裂缝。通过分析杭州湾跨海大桥大体积混凝土施工中出现的问题,阐述了海洋环境中大体积混凝土施工时应注意的事项,并提出了相应的温控防裂措施。
Concrete in the marine environment due to the large amount of cementitious materials, concrete hydration heat and self shrinking and other reasons, are more prone to temperature cracks. By analyzing the problems in mass concrete construction of Hangzhou Bay Sea-Crossing Bridge, the issues that should be paid attention to when mass concrete is used in marine environment are expounded, and the corresponding measures of temperature control and crack prevention are put forward.
