本文从制度环境在企业人才环境中的地位和作用分析出发,研究目前企业制度环境中存在的问题,指出解决这些问题要从制度设计入手,并提出了模块化制度设计方法。
Based on the analysis of the status and function of institutional environment in the environment of enterprise talent, this paper studies the problems existing in the current institutional environment and points out that it is necessary to start with system design to solve these problems and put forward the method of modular system design.
