本文采用红外光谱(IR)、水解分析、X射线衍射技术(XRD)、热重分析(TGA)、热机械分析(TMA)、示差扫描量热(DSC)、热物理性能和力学性能测试分析等方法,对芳纶14、芳纶1414和Kevlar49进行结构鉴定和性能检测,并对结果进行了分析研究。结果表明,芳纶1414相当于美国Kevlar49,力学性能也比较接近,芳纶1414的热物理性能略优于芳纶14,热性能也比芳纶14好。芳纶14、芳纶1414和Kevlar49的取向度分别为0.97、0.95和0.96。
In this paper, IR, hydrolytic analysis, XRD, TGA, TMA, DSC, thermophysical properties and mechanical properties test and analysis, etc. Methods Aramid 14, Kevlar 1414 and Kevlar 49 were identified by structure and their properties were tested. The results were analyzed. The results show that aramid 1414 is equivalent to Kevlar 49 in the United States, and the mechanical properties are also close. The thermal physical properties of aramid 1414 are slightly better than that of aramid 14, and the thermal properties are better than aramid 14. The aramid 14, aramid 1414 and Kevlar 49 have degrees of orientation of 0.97, 0.95 and 0.96, respectively.
