目的观察人工诱发性房性早搏与室性早搏对窦性心率震荡的影响。方法50例室上性心动过速患者接受电生理检查时,分别刺激高右房和右室心尖部,刺激周长从600ms直至不应期,步长为50ms。分别计算高右房和右室心尖部的震荡初始(TO)和震荡斜率(TS)值。结果与室性早搏的TO与TS相比,房性早搏的TS值明显减小,TO值明显增大;房性早搏的TS与室性早搏的TS有明显的相关性(r=0.65,p<0.01),而房性早搏的TO与室性早搏的TO之间无明显的相关性。结论与室性早搏相比,房性早搏的心率震荡现象减弱,两者的心率震荡参数TS具有相关性。
Objective To observe the effect of artificial induced atrial premature beats and ventricular premature beats on sinus heart rate turbulence. Methods 50 patients with supraventricular tachycardia under electrophysiological examination, respectively, right atrium and right ventricular apex stimulation, stimulating the circumference from 600ms refractory period, the step length of 50ms. Oscillation initiation (TO) and concussion slope (TS) values were calculated for the apex of the right atrium and right atrium, respectively. Results Compared with ventricular premature beats TO and TS, the TS value of atrial premature beats significantly decreased and the TO value increased significantly. TS of atrial premature beats was significantly correlated with TS of premature ventricular contractions (r = 0.65, p <0.01). However, there was no significant correlation between TO of atrial premature beat and TO of premature ventricular contractions. Conclusions Compared with ventricular premature beat, the concussion of atrial premature beats is weakened, and the TS of the two is correlated.
