众所周知,热处理是机械行业的耗电大户,降低热处理电耗有三条途径:第一,加强生产管理,合理地安排、调度生产;第二,改革现有工艺,广泛采用新工艺、新技术;第三,更新、改造原旧设备,代之以节能型新设备。在这三点中,工艺和设备又是相辅相成的,工艺虽好,没有相应的设备实施,也是枉然。我厂热处理车间已安装投产了一台节能型新设备——石墨流动粒子炉,不仅解决了大型泵中长期存在的关健另件之一,轴套的淬火硬度低,废品率高的问题,而且收到了显著的节电效果。
