目的研究碘-131治疗甲亢过程中,胃、肝脏、膀胱、甲状腺的剂量率变化规律。方法利用nano-SPEC Pro多道分析谱仪测量各个脏器不同时刻的相对剂量率。结果结果表明不同器官131I的吸收和衰减规律各不相同,及出现最大吸碘率时间点不同。所有病例甲状腺体表处的剂量率从最高峰位下降到一半所经历的时间约15h。结论甲状腺对131I的吸收受患者甲状腺质量的影响;研究治疗中胃、肝脏、膀胱、甲状腺的剂量率变化规律对这些器官防护有重要的意义。
Objective To study the changes of dose rate of stomach, liver, bladder and thyroid during the treatment of hyperthyroidism by iodine-131. Methods The nano-SPEC Pro multi-channel analytical spectrometer was used to measure the relative dose rates of different organs at different time points. The results showed that different organs 131I absorption and attenuation of different laws, and the maximum iodine absorption rate at different time points. In all cases, the dose rate on the thyroid surface dropped from the highest peak to half the time it took about 15h. Conclusion The thyroid gland absorbs 131I is affected by the thyroid mass of the patient. The study on the change of dose rate in the stomach, liver, bladder and thyroid is of great significance for the protection of these organs.
