目的:用毛细管色谱柱气相色谱方法建立5种残留溶剂的测定方法。方法:采用DB-5毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.52mm×5μm),以氮气为载气,FID检测器,检测器温度为150℃,气化室温度100℃,程序升温,直接进样,测定残留溶剂的含量。结果:在各自的浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系(所测试的5种溶剂的相关系数均为0.999以上),5种溶剂的3个浓度的平均回收率范围均大于99%。结论:本方法简便,结果准确,重现性好,可用于多种残留溶剂的同时测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of five residual solvents by capillary gas chromatography. Methods: A DB-5 capillary column (30m × 0.52mm × 5μm) was used with nitrogen as the carrier gas and FID detector. The temperature of the detector was 150 ℃ and the temperature of the gasification chamber was 100 ℃. Residual solvent content. Results: There was a good linearity within each concentration range (the correlation coefficient of the five tested solvents was above 0.999). The average recoveries of all three concentrations of the five solvents ranged from over 99%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for the simultaneous determination of a variety of residual solvents.
