上海冶金自动化研究所研制成功我国第一台MXR—Ⅱ燃烧热效率仪,已通过技术鉴定。这是以微处理器为核心的智能化、全数字式的专用检测仪器,可用于冶金生产中的各种火焰加热炉窑。该仪器可连续自动检测炉内的燃烧热效率、燃料利用率以及烟气含氧量、空气过剩系数、热风温度、烟气温度、氧化锆热电势、温损失温度、燃料发热值等11种与燃料有关的系数,以指导司炉工操作。
Shanghai Metallurgy Automation Institute successfully developed China’s first MXR-Ⅱ combustion thermal efficiency meter, has passed technical appraisal. This is a microprocessor-based intelligent, all-digital special detection equipment, can be used for a variety of metallurgical production of flame furnace. The instrument can continuously and automatically detect the combustion heat efficiency, fuel utilization and flue gas oxygen content, air excess coefficient, hot air temperature, flue gas temperature, zirconia thermoelectric power, temperature loss temperature, fuel heat value and other 11 kinds of fuel and fuel The relevant coefficients to guide the fireman operation.
