目的:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定姜蒲清眩片中丹酚酸B的含量。方法:色谱柱为Linksil C18柱(4.6mm×200mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-乙腈-甲酸-水(30∶10∶1∶59),流速为1mL·min-1,柱温为30℃,检测波长286nm。结果:丹酚酸B在8.69~139.00μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9995,平均加样回收率为100.4%,RSD为1.13%。结论:采用HPLC法可测定姜蒲清眩片中丹酚酸B的含量,样品处理方法简单,测定方法准确、可靠,专属性强。
Objective: To determine the content of salvianolic acid B in Jiang Pu Qing Geng Tablets by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods: The column was a Linksil C18 column (4.6 mm × 200 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-formic acid-water (30:10:1:59) at a flow rate of 1 mL · min- , Detection wavelength 286nm. Results: The linear range of salvianolic acid B was 8.69 ~ 139.00μg · mL-1, r = 0.9995, the average recovery was 100.4% and the RSD was 1.13%. Conclusion: The content of salvianolic acid B in Jiangpu Qingguang tablets can be determined by HPLC. The sample processing method is simple, the method is accurate, reliable and specific.
