颅内皮样囊肿是中枢神经系统肿瘤中较少见的良性肿瘤之一,比表皮样囊肿少见,其影像学表现(CT、MRI)变化多样,误诊率高,本文对我院病理确诊的颅内皮样囊肿病例进行分析,报道如下。患者女,14岁,“间断头痛伴头昏1年”就诊,病程中无明显双眼视力减退,无乳腺溢液,无明显月经异常,无四肢肥大,无意识障碍,无明显肢体活动障碍及抽搐。既往无高血压、糖尿病史。否认颅脑外伤史。辅助检查内分泌功能正常。神经系统检查无 Intracranial cyst is one of the less common benign tumors in central nervous system tumors. Female patient, 14 years old, “intermittent headache with dizziness 1 year ” treatment, no significant binocular vision loss during the course of the disease, no breast discharge, no obvious menstrual abnormalities, no limbs hypertrophy, unconsciousness, no obvious physical activity disorders and twitch.
