目的探讨固本延衰方延缓亚急性衰老模型小鼠衰老的机制。方法将60只小鼠随机分为4组,除正常对照组外均皮下注射D-半乳糖造成衰老模型,并给予不同剂量的固本延衰方治疗,分别检测脾淋巴细胞增殖及白细胞介素2(IL-2)及其受体(IL-2R)水平。结果衰老模型对照组脾淋巴细胞增殖及IL-2、IL-2R水平明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05),固本延衰方各剂量组OD值及IL-2、IL-2R水平明显高于衰老模型对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论提示固本延衰方通过提高衰老机体脾淋巴细胞增殖功能及IL-2、IL-2R水平,从而提高机体免疫功能延缓衰老。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of Guben delay in delaying aging of subacute aging model mice. Methods 60 mice were randomly divided into 4 groups. In addition to the normal control group, subcutaneous injection of D-galactose caused an aging model, and different doses of Guben Yanfa Fang were treated to detect spleen lymphocyte proliferation and interleukin respectively. 2 (IL-2) and its receptor (IL-2R) levels. Results The level of IL-2 and IL-2R in lymphocytes of spleen of the aging model control group was significantly lower than that of the normal control group (P<0.05). The OD value and IL-2 and IL-2R levels were significantly increased in each dose group of Guben Yanfa Fang. Higher than the aging model control group (P <0.05, P <0.01). The conclusions suggest that Gubenyanfafang can improve the immune function of the body and delay aging by increasing the proliferation of splenic lymphocytes and the levels of IL-2 and IL-2R.
