在资源依赖理论的基础上,从创业团队的先前经验出发,通过分析4家高科技创业企业的案例资料,考察了创业团队无力感与适应能力之间的关联性,并分析了创业团队的认知趋同性对该作用过程的影响机制,从而为新创企业提高在动态环境中的生存能力提供建议。研究表明,创业团队先前经验可以降低团队成员的无力感,从而提升团队的适应能力,且当创业团队认知趋同性越高时,无力感与适应能力的负向作用越强。
Based on the theory of resource dependence, starting from the previous experience of the entrepreneurial team, by analyzing the case data of the four high-tech start-ups, we examine the correlation between the sense of invalidity and adaptability of the entrepreneurial team, and analyze the definition of the entrepreneurial team To know the influence of the sameness on the role of the process, so as to start-ups to improve the viability of the dynamic environment to provide advice. The research shows that the entrepreneurial team’s previous experience can reduce the sense of powerlessness of the team members and enhance the team’s adaptability. And when the entrepreneurial team’s cognitive convergence is higher, the negative effect of the powerlessness and adaptive ability is stronger.
