[目的]建立草铵膦原药和草铵膦水剂的离子色谱定量分析方法。[方法]采用8 mmol/L氢氧化钾水溶液为流动相,AS-11离子色谱柱(含AG-11保护柱)以及电导检测器对其有效成分草铵膦进行外标法定量分析。[结果]方法线性相关系数为0.9995(50~250 mg/L),标准偏差均小于0.08,变异系数均小于0.15%,平均回收率为100.26%。[结论]该方法可用于测定草铵膦原药或草铵膦水剂中的有效成分,具有精密、准确、简便易行的特点。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for the quantitative analysis of glufosinate ammonium and phosphinothricin by ion chromatography. [Method] The external standard method was used to quantitatively analyze the active ingredient glufosinate by using 8 mmol / L potassium hydroxide aqueous solution as mobile phase, AS-11 ion-exchange column (containing AG-11 guard column) and conductivity detector. [Result] The linear correlation coefficient was 0.9995 (50 ~ 250 mg / L), the standard deviation was less than 0.08, the coefficient of variation was less than 0.15% and the average recovery was 100.26%. [Conclusion] The method can be used to determine the active ingredients in the crude glufosinate ammonium or glufosinate - a.
