“冯主任好!”一位早在80年代初期就从科主任岗位上下来的老人,至今无论男女老少见到他都很尊敬地、依旧称其为:冯主任。这位80多岁的老人为何如此深受医生们的爱戴,是什么铸就了他的夕阳红,为此我对这位德高望重的老主任进行了侧面的采访。人们都说:冯主任作为专家却丝毫没有架子。任何人、无论何时、何地、请冯主任会诊,他决不会以任何理由推辞,全然把这当着是自己应尽的责任与义务。一次,某医科大学的一位病理学教授拿着一张CT片请冯主任看看,想断定一下是血管“冯主任好!”一位早在80年代初期就从科主任岗位上下来的老人,至今无论男女老少见到他都很尊敬地、依旧称其为:冯主任。这位80多岁的老人为何如此深受医生们的爱戴,是什么铸就了他的夕阳红,为此我对这位德高望重的老上任进行了侧面的采访。人们都说:冯主任作为专家却丝毫没有架子。任何人、无论何时、何地、请冯主任会诊,他决不会以任何理由推辞,全然把这当着是自己应尽的责任与义务。一次,某医科大学的一位病理学教授拿着一张CT片请冯主任看看,想断定一下是血管病,或是肝癌。可冯主任并不因为自己正在忙手中的事而推辞,相反,他放下手中的活,与这位教授悉心研讨,拿出令人信服的会诊意见。经他会诊,解决了大量疑难杂症,得到患者的广泛好评,前南京军区杜平政委还为其题写“医术精湛”并合影留念,并赠“医德高尚”横匾一幅。他就是这样讲求医德修养,待人诚恳、与人为善,对病人不分贫富贵贱一律热情:对部下、同事关心体贴。冯主任有时还很幽默,他对后生们开玩笑地讲,现在发明的磁共振叫“挨骂(MR)”,下次再发明的仪器可就是“挨打”,所以你们要好好工作。当一位年青的学术秘书抱着忐忑不安的心情去请冯主任为学术年会作专题报告时,他很爽快地答应了,并准时赴约没有丝毫的要求。不仅如此,在列车上还拿出旅途食品与大家一起分享,平易静人。冯主任为人本分一点不夸张,在他身体不适来科里检查时,按理说在自己科里拍一个片子纯属情理之中、应该之事,要不然怎会有“近水楼台”之说。可冯主任不这样看,每次检查均拿着住院医师开的申请单履行正常的工作程序。他是院里的员老,在专家顾问室拥有自己的一席之地,可是在科室工作量大、人员少的情况下,还亲自下到科室进行工作,时刻关心着科室的建设、学术的发展,给科室领导、医院领导出
