针对“项目管理”课程的特点和要求,提出和实践了小组学习、课后研讨、案例研讨和课堂综合研讨相结合的递进式4层次研讨教学模式。该教学模式以分组学习和讨论为基本构成要素,以理论研讨、案例研讨和实践模拟为重要教学方法,鼓励学生通过集体学习与协作,掌握项目管理知识和技能,培养学生团队合作与协调能力以及沟通与交流意识。
Aiming at the characteristics and requirements of “Project Management” course, this paper proposes and implements a progressive 4-level seminar teaching mode that combines group study, after-school discussion, case study and classroom comprehensive study. This teaching mode takes group learning and discussion as its basic components. With theoretical discussions, case studies and practice simulations as important teaching methods, students are encouraged to acquire project management knowledge and skills through collective learning and collaboration and to develop students’ teamwork and coordination skills.
