本实验以D-半乳糖所致的衰老小鼠模型为研究对象,观察了超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)随龄变化以及细辛、杜仲在不同用药时间(15、30、45天)对上述小鼠指标的影响,初步探讨这几种不同中药抗衰老的作用机制。结果表明:小鼠的GSH-Px、SOD、NOS活性在中年期以前随龄上升,中年期以后随龄下降(P<0.01);细辛、杜仲能够提高老年小鼠GSH-Px、SOD、NOS活性;杜仲及其合剂对上述指标发挥作用的时间早于细辛,为15天,细辛为30天。
In this experiment, D-galactose-induced aging mouse model was used as the study object. Superoxide dismutase (SOD), nitric oxide synthase (NOS), and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-) were observed. The effects of Px) on age and the effects of Asarum, Eucommia ulmoides on the above-mentioned mouse indexes at different time (15, 30, and 45 days) were used to explore the anti-aging mechanism of these different Chinese herbs. The results showed that the activities of GSH-Px, SOD and NOS in mice increased with age before middle age and decreased with age after middle age (P<0.01); Asarum, Eucommia ulmoides could increase GSH-Px and SOD in aged mice. , NOS activity; Eucommia and its mixture on the above indicators play a role earlier than the Asarum, for 15 days, Asarum for 30 days.
