根据电磁振动及夯实原理研制了一种新型电磁振动夯实机。介绍了电磁振动夯实机的机械结构和工作原理,以及电磁夯实机供电电源的设计方法。电磁夯实机以电磁力做功获得夯实效果,通过运动机构在垂直方向上对地面进行冲击和振动实现夯实。压实试验表明,该机在振动频率为30Hz时,经过4遍压实后的压实度可达到88.67%,获得了较好的压实效果,具有一定的推广价值。
According to the principle of electromagnetic vibration and compaction developed a new type of electromagnetic vibration compacting machine. The mechanical structure and working principle of the electromagnetic vibrating tamping machine and the design method of the electromagnetic tamping machine power supply are introduced. The electromagnetic tamper realizes the compaction effect by using the electromagnetic force, and realizes impact and vibration on the ground in the vertical direction by the movement mechanism. Compaction tests show that the compaction degree of this machine can be up to 88.67% after 4 passes of compaction at a vibration frequency of 30 Hz, obtaining better compaction effect and having certain promotional value.
