德国梅尔克林市房屋建筑公司目前采用砌墙机器人施工。该机器人可以根据房屋墙体设计要求进行施工,日工作量可达到300m~2,相当于两个工作日完成建造3座小型住宅墙体的工程量,其“手臂”的工作效率要比人工砌砖高30倍。据工程技术人员估算,由机器人砌好的砖墙运输到工地再进行施工,比常规就地施工,其费用要便宜20%~30%。不过,房屋的拐角处和基础仍需要就地砌筑。
The construction company in Melkling, Germany, currently uses brick wall robot construction. The robot can be constructed according to the requirements of the wall design of the house. The daily workload can reach 300m~2, which is equivalent to the completion of the construction of 3 small house walls in two working days. The work efficiency of the “arm” is better than that of the artificial building. The brick is 30 times taller. According to engineering and technical personnel’s estimation, the brickwork erected by the robot is transported to the construction site for further construction, which is 20% to 30% cheaper than conventional construction on site.
