应用Ｎｏｕｔｈｅｒｎ印迹杂交方法对ＫＡＩ１基因在肝癌组织中的表达进行了分析。结果表明，ＫＡＩ１在癌组织的表达比在没有癌细胞部位和正常肝组织中降低达５０％以上，因而肝癌易发生早期转移的特点可能同ＫＡＩ１基因表达降低有一定关系
The expression of KAI1 gene in hepatocellular carcinoma was analyzed by Southern blotting. The results showed that the expression of KAI1 in cancerous tissues was reduced by more than 50% compared with that in non-cancerous cells and in normal liver tissues. Therefore, the characteristics of early metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma may be related to the decrease of KAI1 gene expression
