我国民间饮茶习俗甚多,源远流长,风格各异,颇具民族特色,是中华民族茶文化艺术宝库中的一枝奇葩。湘茶民俗文化中,苗、瑶、壮、侗等少数民族中流传的“打油茶”一直为文人墨客赞不绝口,特别是各个民族的“打油茶”在制作方法和饮用习俗上各具特色,甚至同一民族不同地域也各有特点,真是“十里不同风,隔山不同俗”。
