群孔注浆效应理论认为,先序注浆孔浆液扩散范围会影响后序注浆孔浆液扩散范围,后序注浆孔浆液扩散使得地下水在先期浆液固化边界形成压力梯度增高带,导致浆液更容易向压力小的地方扩散流动;注浆设计时相邻两个注浆孔之间浆液扩散半径交圈实质是一种理想状态,其解释了单排布孔注浆很难形成完整注浆帷幕的原因;与单排布孔相比,多排布孔注浆更容易形成完整帷幕;由于群孔注浆效应的存在,多排注浆效果优于单排注浆效果;多排布孔注浆时,应先注外圈孔,后注内圈孔。本文在中国西部某煤矿立井工作面帷幕注浆工程中进行了现场试验,注浆过程中监测了不同位置注浆孔压力变化及检测孔涌水量变化情况。试验结果表明:单排注浆孔注浆结束后,在圈内形成高压区,在圈外形成低压区,浆液更容易从高压区向低压区流动;双排孔注浆效果优于单排孔注浆效果;多排孔注浆时,注浆顺序应先外圈,后内圈。
Grouting grouting theory suggests that the dispersion range of grouting slurry in the pre-grouting hole will affect the range of grout diffusion in the post-grouting hole, and the diffusion of slurry in the grouting hole after grouting causes the groundwater to form an increasing pressure gradient along the solidification boundary of the slurry, leading to more slurry It is easy to spread the flow to the place where the pressure is low. In the design of grouting, the circle of slurry diffusion radius between two adjacent grouting holes is essentially an ideal state, which explains that it is difficult to form a complete grouting curtain by single-row hole grouting . Compared with a single row of holes, multi-row hole grouting is easier to form a complete curtain. Because of the grouting effect, multi-row grouting effect is better than single row grouting effect. Pulp, should note the outer hole, after the note inner circle hole. In this paper, a field test was carried out in the curtain grouting project of a coal mine shaft in western China. During the grouting process, the pressure changes of grouting holes at different positions and the variation of water inflow in the test holes were monitored. The test results show that after the single grouting hole is grouted, a high-pressure zone is formed in the circle and a low-pressure zone is formed outside the circle, and the slurry flows more easily from the high-pressure zone to the low-pressure zone. The double-grouting grouting effect is better than the single- Grouting effect; multi-row hole grouting, grouting sequence should be the first outer ring, the inner ring.
