为研究曼氏无针乌贼规模化全人工育苗技术,2008~2010年以人工养殖的曼氏无针乌贼成体作亲本进行了育苗试验。试验中采取了下列技术措施:对乌贼亲体进行强化培育和生殖调控,促进性腺发育成熟;确立乌贼幼体的饵料系列并保障供给;做好育苗水体的水质调控和苗种的病害防治。3年共获受精卵4075.8 kg,平均孵化率82.5%;培育出平均胴长1.94 cm的幼体276.1万只,育苗成活率48.2%,达到了批量育苗的技术水平,初步形成了曼氏无针乌贼规模化全人工育苗技术工艺。
In order to study the technology of large-scale artificial seedling raising of Needle-cuttlefish (Manchurianus), a nursery experiment was carried out with artificial breeding of Man-made Needle-cut Squid as a parent from 2008 to 2010. In the experiment, the following technical measures were taken: reinforcing the squid parental body and regulating reproduction to promote the development of gonadal maturity; establishing the feed system of squid larvae and ensuring the supply; and regulating the water quality of nursery seedlings and disease prevention and control of seedlings. The average fertilization rate was 4075.8 kg in 3 years and the average hatching rate was 82.5%. There were 2,761,000 larvae with the average body length of 1.94 cm and the seedling survival rate was 48.2%, reaching the technical level of batch breeding.
