水利工程前期工作中工程规模的选择 ,以前往往是在几个方案中选择一个合理、可行的方案进行规划设计 ,最后才进行其经济效益的分析 ,确定其经济性、合理性。使前期工作可能出现反复 ,既浪费时间 ,又增加了前期工作的投入 ,同时不能为工程决策提供超前的依据。采用规模—投入 ,规模—效益曲线分析法 ,可以较准确地把工程规模确定在合理的状态 (况 )下 ,然后再进行工程可行性研究及初步设计工作。
