领导者的决策在相当大程度上决定着企业的命运,提高领导者决策的准确性与有效性,避免领导者出错(leaders make mistakes)已经成为理论界与实务界关注的热点问题。通过对领导者出错的概念内涵、类型、影响因素、影响效应及控制策略四个研究领域文献的搜集与整理发现:(1)由于研究视角不同,领导者决策失误所导致的与预期目标有差距的领导者出错行为可以分为诸多类型;(2)领导者出错受到个体、团队和组织等因素影响的同时,也可对个体、团队、组织及社会层面的结果产生影响,这个作用过程包括主效应、中介效应和调节效应三种研究范式;(3)领导者出错可通过个人控制、制度控制及组织控制三层屏障进行有效管理。综合以上文献分析,本研究认为领导者出错概念的界定、影响因素、影响机制及控制策略方面的研究仍然有待深入,未来研究可进一步优化和改进各领域对于领导者出错的预测方法,从而更好地启发和指导领导者出错的理论研究在实际中的应用。
To a large extent, the leader’s decision-making determines the fate of the enterprise and improves the accuracy and effectiveness of the leader’s decision-making. Avoiding the leaders make mistakes has become a hot issue that theorists and practitioners pay close attention to. Through the collection and collation of the literature of the four research fields: concept connotation, type, influence factor, influence effect and control strategy of the leaders, we find: (1) due to different perspectives of research, there is a gap between the leader’s decision-making and the expected goal (2) leaders’ mistakes are influenced by individuals, teams and organizations, but also affect the outcomes of individuals, teams, organizations and societies. The role of leaders Effect, mediating effect and adjusting effect. (3) The leaders can make mistakes through the three layers barrier of personal control, system control and organization control. Based on the above literature analysis, this study considers that the research on the definition, influencing factors, influencing mechanisms and control strategies of the leader’s mistakes still needs further study. Future research can further optimize and improve the forecasting method of leaders’ mistakes in various fields so as to be better Inspire and guide the leader of the mistakes of theoretical research in practice.
