目的 探讨海南中部地区黎族高血压患者危险因素及观察护理干预的临床效应.方法 通过汽车流动医院扶贫服务,在随诊中通过查体观察及面谈,调查了海南五指山周边农村高血压患者3 566例,对高血压患者危险因素分析并采取有针对性的护理干预措施.结果 本组3566例农村高血压患者中,Ⅰ级高血压占56.6%,Ⅱ级高血压占36%,Ⅲ级高血压占7.4%,多数患者对高血压危害性及其防治知识知晓率低.结论 针对患者高血压危险因素,进行护理干预,加强防范措施,有助于提高患者识别风险和防病治病的能力,预防或减少高血压并发症所致的病死率和病残率.
