目的对层流手术室手术过程中空气细菌总数变化及其影响因素进行动态观察。方法采用平板自然沉降法对手术室空气进行采样。结果手术开始后的30 min和120~150 min两个时间段空气细菌总数出现较明显的增长,随后又呈显著下降,细菌总数出现两个高峰,使整个变化曲线呈“M”形状;这一变化趋势与人员的活动、仪器的移动、铺单等密切相关。结论层流手术室手术过程中人员的流动次数是影响手术室手术过程中空气细菌总数变化的主要因素,应尽量控制人员流动。
Objective To observe the changes of the total number of airborne bacteria and the influencing factors during the operation in laminar flow operation room. Methods The flat natural sedimentation method was used to sample the operating room air. Results The total number of airborne bacteria increased obviously at 30 min and 120 ~ 150 min after the start of operation, and then decreased significantly. The total number of bacteria showed two peaks, making the whole curve “M”. This trend is closely related to the activities of personnel, the movement of equipment, paving sheets and so on. Conclusions The number of staffs flowing during the operation in laminar flow operating room is the main factor that affects the total number of airborne bacteria in the operation room of operating room. The flow of personnel should be controlled as much as possible.
