糖尿病的传统生化检查是血糖和尿糖浓度随机测定,由于这两个试验受种种因素的影响,因而误诊率高,在总体检查中结果不可靠。糖化血红蛋白含量测定是糖尿病一种更简便的筛选试验,但鉴于其方法学的困难而妨碍了广泛应用。本文作者采用果糖胺试验来筛选糖尿病,本试验有技术简单、成本低和可用一般性实验设备进行自动分析等优点。作者测定83名健康人的血清果糖胺含量代表正常值,结果是1.60±0.40mmol/L(40±10mg/dl)。74例临床疑有糖尿病患者给予口服葡萄糖耐量试验,并根据试验结果将病人分为3组:无糖尿病组44例、糖耐量损害组13例和糖尿病组17例。并分别测定血清果糖胺含量,结果无糖尿病者为1.69±0.23mmol/L(42±6mg/dl),糖尿病者2.42±0.36mmol/L
The traditional biochemical tests for diabetes are random determinations of blood glucose and urine sugar concentrations. Since these two tests are influenced by various factors, the misdiagnosis rate is high and the results are not reliable in the overall test. HbA1c is a simpler screening test for diabetes, but has hindered its widespread use in view of its methodological difficulties. The authors use fructosamine test to screen for diabetes, this test has the advantages of simple technique, low cost and automatic analysis using general experimental equipment. The authors determined that the serum fructosamine content of 83 healthy individuals represented a normal value, with a result of 1.60 ± 0.40 mmol / L (40 ± 10 mg / dl). Totally 74 patients with suspected diabetes were given oral glucose tolerance test. According to the test results, the patients were divided into 3 groups: 44 in non-diabetic group, 13 in impaired glucose tolerance group and 17 in diabetic group. The levels of fructosamine in serum were determined respectively. The results showed that the patients without diabetes had a level of 1.69 ± 0.23mmol / L (42 ± 6mg / dl) and those with diabetes mellitus (2.42 ± 0.36mmol / L
