基于党与社会主义历史命运的内在联系,本文从以下方面阐述了全面从严治党的重大意义:中国共产党的领导地位和执政地位及其历史使命;完成党的历史使命的长期性决定了中国共产党长期执政的客观必要性;党只有实行民主与法治、强化制约与监督才能跳出历史周期律;办好中国的事情,关键在党,关键在党要管党、从严治党。 Based on the inherent relationship between the historical fate of the party and the socialism, this article elaborates the great significance of the thoroughgoing strict administration of the party from the following aspects: the leading position and the ruling position of the Communist Party of China as well as its historical mission; the long-term accomplishment of the historic mission of the party determines China The objective necessity of the long-term ruling of the Communist Party; the party can jump out of the historical cycle law only through the implementation of democracy and the rule of law and by strengthening the restriction and supervision; the key to handling China is the key to the party;
