汉中地区是陕西省山药主产区之一,过去最高种植面积达3000多亩,鲜山药产量达500～600万公斤,除部分加工药用山药外,大部分销往西安、兰州、宁夏等地供食用。
Hanzhong is one of the main producing areas of yam in Shaanxi Province. In the past, the highest planting area reached 3000 mu and the yield of fresh yam reached 500-6 million kg. Most of the products were sold to Xi’an, Lanzhou and Ningxia For food.
