１９４９年新中国的建立，开辟了我国各民族平等团结的新时代。解放初期，为了疏通民族关系，打破历史上由于民族压迫制度造成的民族隔阂，加强同少数民族的联系，中央采取了一系列的有效措施。其中的一项重要措施，就是派中央访问团到少数民族地区访问，直接向全国各少数民族?
The founding of New China in 1949 opened up a new era of equal solidarity among all ethnic groups in our country. In the early days of the liberation, the Central Government adopted a series of effective measures to unblock national relations, break the ethnic barriers caused by the system of ethnic oppression in history and strengthen ties with ethnic minorities. One of the important measures is to send a visiting delegation from the Central Government to visit the ethnic minority areas and directly to the ethnic minorities in the country.
